CONDITIONS FOR ADDITIONAL FEATURES

1. Purpose and Scope

These Conditions for Additional Features (hereinafter "CAF") govern the subscription and use of optional features or modules offered by DOMOD SAS in addition to the main subscription plans defined in the Terms of Service (ToS).

The CAF supplement the ToS, which remain fully applicable. In the event of a conflict between the CAF and the ToS, the CAF shall prevail for the matters they cover.

2. Nature of Additional Features

DOMOD offers two categories of additional paid features or options:

2.1 Subscription add-ons
Modules or features activatable from the account space, billed in addition to the main subscription plan, which may include:

Advanced document management modules
Specific third-party integrations (accounting software, ERP, etc.)
Advanced reporting and analytics features
Extended collaborative spaces (additional users)
Extended storage
Access to premium document templates
Artificial intelligence features (suggestions, automation, content generation)
Any other module presented as optional on the Platform

2.2 Specific feature subscriptions
Access to feature sets grouped into separate plans, available alongside the main subscription (e.g., sector-specific module, partner access, advanced API access).

3. Subscription

Subscription to an additional feature is completed from the Customer's account space on the Platform, confirmed by acceptance of these CAF and validation of the corresponding payment. Certain features may be subject to prerequisites (minimum subscription plan, account verification, etc.).

4. Financial Terms

4.1 Pricing - Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) exclusive of tax at the time of subscription. Applicable VAT is added in accordance with applicable regulations.

4.2 Billing - Monthly features are charged each month on the activation date; annual features are charged upfront. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Features are activated upon payment confirmation.

4.3 Renewal - Additional features with a fixed term renew automatically unless the Customer deactivates them before the renewal date.

4.4 Price changes - DOMOD reserves the right to modify prices with thirty (30) days' notice by email.

4.5 Non-refundability - Once activated, amounts paid for additional features are non-refundable, except as required by law. Consumer withdrawal rights provided in the ToS apply to eligible users.

5. Use of Additional Features

Additional features are for the exclusive use of the subscribing Customer. Sharing or resale to third parties without DOMOD's written consent is prohibited. DOMOD may modify, update or temporarily suspend an additional feature for maintenance or technical reasons. In the event of permanent removal of a feature, DOMOD will give sixty (60) days' notice and refund amounts already paid on a pro-rata basis.

6. Beta and Early Access Features

Features offered in beta or early access are explicitly identified as such on the Platform. They may be unstable or incomplete. DOMOD does not guarantee their continued availability during the beta phase. Upon exiting beta, features may be incorporated into a standard paid plan, modified, or withdrawn.

7. Third-Party Integrations

When an additional feature involves integration with a third-party service, DOMOD is not responsible for failures or changes to those third-party services. Use of the third-party service is subject to that service's own terms. The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with their own contractual and regulatory obligations.

8. Artificial Intelligence Features

AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, accounting, technical or professional advice. The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before any professional or commercial use. Input data may be transmitted to specialised sub-processors as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Deactivation and Termination

The Customer may deactivate an additional feature at any time; deactivation takes effect at the next billing date. Termination of the main account results in automatic termination of all additional features. In the event of serious breach, DOMOD may immediately terminate access without refund.

10. Governing Law

These CAF are governed by French law. The dispute resolution provisions of the ToS apply.
