Everything You Need to Know Before You Start

How does pricing work?

You pay for each active project: €20/month for 1–4 projects, €16 for 5–9, €12 for 10 or more. A completed project moves to the archive, freeing its place for a new one.

Do I pay for managers, workers and clients?

No. Team members join for free, with no limit.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your card is linked when you create your first project; the first charge comes after 14 days. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged.

How does the price change when I add or remove projects?

When you add a project, you see the exact extra charge right away. When you remove one, the new price applies from the next period, and everything stays available until then.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my projects?

In your account settings, under “Subscription”. Access stays open until the end of the paid period, then your projects move to the archive. You can resume your subscription.

What happens to a task’s history when the team changes?

Everything added to a task stays in it. Anyone you add to the task sees its specs, photo reports and comments.

Which languages is the interface available in?

English, French and Russian.

Is there an iOS and Android app?

DOMOD runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. iOS and Android apps are planned.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the EU. DOMOD SAS is a French company. Our privacy policy and data processing agreement (DPA) are published on this site.
